Will a bent rim (pretty bad) have an effect on the bearings?

IS this in the front or rear? Yes a bent rim will kill your bearings faster. Its liek a bent axle. If its in the front, your steering will be funny, and may be finiky, or touchy. But yes, it will shorten the bearings life.

It's in the rear, it's bent so badly that the axle is wobbling. A friend if mine was trying to tell me that it will not affect my bearings at all...but I don't see how it wouldn't if the axle is wobbling because of the rim, if the rim is bent and wobbling (there's a big flat spot in it) then obviously the axle is going to be affected by it also, thus the bearings are going to be affected. Idk...I want to get rid of this pile and get a YFZ.

Dude, you're f'in gay...

I would get the YFZ because my EX is giving me too many problems, not enough power, and plus I just love the YFZ that much more...
