Warranty???

[GYTR450]

My friend just bought a 450R 2 weeks ago and the dealership he bought them from said the quad had to be completly stock (except for the HRC kit) when he brings it in for any work that would be done under warranty. Is this true? I thought that they had to prove that it was the aftermarket part that caused the problem they brought it in for the warranty work for them to refuse to service it under the warranty.

yea it is ....well at least my dealer says that i can't have like extend a arms and axle or race numbers on it or anything because honda could just say it was the cause and not cover it...
