300 e.x frame

I have a 98 300 ex and the frame has busted were the welds are, all I need to know is how do you reinforce the frame?

you make steel braces (gussets) and weld them into place, also weld up the crack. do a search, rico has posted good pics of where to gusset a 400ex (might be in the FAQ forum) and a 300 needs the same spots

How would it need gussets in the same places, its a differant frame.:huh

thank you, the same spots will need gusseted, front shock mounts for instance, two different frames, but both have front shock mounts. and actually once you get past the steering stem, the two frames actually share alot in common
