Are antivibe stems and clamps really worht the money? Or are ya just better gettin a stock stem and clamp for the T2 bars?

They are worth it! They are much stronger than stock, take alot of vibration away from your hands which means less fatigue and you have the option of gettin a taller stem for a better riding position.

I like the antivibe stem they help isolate some of the vibration from your hands. The next thing I would use is the Flexx Bars. We used them in PA at the 6 hours and they were awsome I am working on a product reveiw right now to post on exrider's, so stay tuned for all the details.:)

Theyre worth it. Everything is worth it about them except youll be sorry when you bend it after spending the $$. Contrary to what some people think, aftermarket stems are made to bend after a certain point too. They do this so you dont snap the headstay off your frame. If you dont roll your quad, then a +1 anti vibe stem with some CR-Hi bend bars or similar will do wonders for your riding position... I can honestly say you will see a noticeable difference in vibration and fatigue after using a good aftermarket stem...

Cool thanks guys. I bent mine at the races this past weekend and have to get a new one. I found somone to trade a meszaros and clamp for some parts i had layin around. Just was not sure if I would be better getting a stocker. Thanks again

If it is a Meszaros, you should not use it. It might be a collectors item, I think he only made 3. lol

Mine has been on its way for over a year now. Man the post office is slow.:D

I"ve been thru 2 mezsaro stems myself. They are better than stockers for sure but twist easily if you clip trees with your front tires at high rates of speed.:huh

I have a stock modified one, Ive seen the most expensive ones bend in little tip overs so i figure stock is strong enough.

I've had a couple nasty roll-overs and my Rath +1 is still go to go as far as bending :D The bottom arm is torn though, cuz I keep hitting trees with my wheels hard enough to go over the bars.

Try some Spider Grips too, I did on Jeff & Rico's word, they are sweet, first grips that didn't give me blisters.
