leakage

my 300ex is leaking oil, i tried tightening the bolts because a couple were a little loose. but there is still a slow leak so now im thinking its a gasket. were can i get a gasket and does anyone offer a copper gasket or something that will last really long. thanks.

where is it leaking oil from? contact C and D racing for a gasket

right side of the engine, right above the dip stick thing. between that case and the engine. it has to be the gasket.

Yes, sounds like a gasket. You will be able to pick one up at a local dealer if you dont want to order online for around $15 and it should take less than an hour to get it on.

i have a problem like that on my 400 im missing a bolt on my head and it blows oil out of that....been meaning to get it fixed

it should take more cause hes gunna have to have his cylinder honed im pretty sure.

should just need a new head gasket check ur head bolts out to while you got it apart make sure you do it right so u dont have to take it off again in a few months
