I wanna get an aftermarket pipe. I read that i can run E series pipe without rejetting, just taking off some discs. Is this possible? I have a 400ex.

no, you should have to rejet no matter what exhaust you have..

I have the white bros r4 and k&n filter and put a 155 main jet in and it ran like **** and went threw many sperk plugs so i just changed it back to the stock 148 and its been kicken since ive had no problems with leaving it stock i even called wb and they said leave it be...
