need help asap (barrings and seals)

I have a 2000 400ex and was wonder how do you change the axel barrings and seals ( in detail would be good) the ones that are in the swingarm where the axel runs through

The easiest way I have found is to weld a bead to the internal race of one bearing. This gives you something to get a punch on. Then a punch it out from the other side. After you get the first bearing out the second one will be easier because the spacer pipe can then be removed.
