I did the same thing except i was riding in front of an elementary school going way too fast towards it, and when I tired to slow down to turn around, the wheels locked up because I got into some pea gravel (was blacktop) and I started sliding doing about 60mph ..I slid about 30 yards before violently crashing into some poles doing around 45mph... My front right rim folded up where it hit the first pole, that impact spun my yfz into a complete 360 (with me still on it somehow) and my rear left tire hit another pole (which catapulted me 5 yards off the bike onto my back) and bent it in pretty bad as well. The exact same A-arm on mine bent pretty bad, didnt break, just bent pretty good. Im ordering some A-Arms (chrome Laegers, or Lonestar) as well as some new rims, ITP C-Series, or more Douglas's.

Glad to hear you got no injurys. If I would have been thrown a foot farther either way, my head would have slammed a pole, and it wouldnt have been good. I ended up gashing my toe open, because stupid me was wearing sandals, and breaking my ring finger knuckle on my right hand.

Dude I think those red Housers are gonna look sharp on there. I was thinking how theyd look on mine and I think theyd really set it off. Im just the black/chrome kinda guy so ya know, im trying to have everything on my bike chrome, everything metal that is. Im getting there slowly but surely. Next week im going to order some chrome Laegers, Lonestar, or Eyeball A-Arms.

southbeach14

yes a little last night. how do you like the handgaurds? they have the ends like the pro bends. i also got an ipi thumb extension which works very well and a wrist brace for carpel tunnel. i'm thinking of going sat to majestic.
