valve adjustment

what valve adjustment should i use on my 300 with a wiseco and piped and jetted?? they are ticking real bad so if it is the same as stock tell me what stock is cuz i dont know??

stock valve clearance is .004, cold engine

To clear up any potential confusion... that's 0.1mm, which in inches is known as .004"
