Hey, I recently got a 02 400ex , and was wondering what complete exhaust system would be my best bet for hp n torque?

Sparks for a complete system.....but do you have any motor mods??

No, not yet.... I was thinking of gettin the 440 big bore kit. Does any machaning need to be done to the engine for that?

whew, you got a long way to go man... Do some research using the "search" button at the top for certain topics like exhaust, pipe, bore, port, etc.... Yes, for a 440 kit the cylinder needs to be bored and resleeved as well... The maximum you can bore the stock sleeve is to a 426. As for your pipe question I suggest doing a search. An HMF full system would have the best torque probably but the Sparks X-6 or the LRD full system is the best for HP....
