I was wondering if anybody has had any experince with a full LRD system on a 400ex?

I haven't used it on a 400 but, I do have it on my 450r. It runs great & sounds great. I love it. You can't go wrong with a LRD. I also used it on my 250r.

The LRD full system for the 400ex is awesome!! My friend is running one on his 416 and it absolutely hauls with it... It is constructed alot like the Sparks X-6 except the header is a little different. The LRD uses a stepped. increased diameter header instead of the Sparks which is huge all the way through. The difference is that the LRD will be a little stronger on the bottom than the Sparks X-6.... His 416 pulls hard through all the gears and is similar on top to my sparks, except not quite as good on top RPM's. The little that it loses on top (which isnt much) is made up by how much better it is on bottom...

I have an LRD full exhaust on my 416 and couldn't be happier. It pulls from the very bottom to the very top in each gear. I wish it would have a little more overrev but the torque down low makes up for it. I used to have a Pro Circuit system but it doesn't even compare.
