Hunter Miller was the man to beat in moto 1 as he took the win against some great riders! He went on to finish 6th in moto 2 giving him 3rd overall for the weekend

With the Women's Championship on the line, and Heather and Angela talked before their 2nd Moto. Angela Moore won the 1st Moto and with missing one race and her DNF at Mt Morris she needed to win the 2nd Moto to remain in contention to extend her championship streak!!!

The official gives a 2 minute notice to the women riders as Angela Moore's machine quit running on the line, and they frantically attempted to get it going before the gate dropped.

Heather Byrd grabbed the Holeshot with Michelle Reiser right behind her:macho

They attempted to pullstart Angela Moore's quad, but their efforts proved hopeless because the needle ended up dropping in the Carb which prevented it from starting.,which gave Heather Byrd the GNC Women's A Class Championship.

Heather Byrd and Michelle Reiser battle the entire Moto, but Heather was able to hold off the hard charging Michelle and win the 2nd Moto and the Women's Championship!

It was a tough break for Angela Moore, but she kept her head high and looks forward to next year.

pam.. got a dnf in the first moto.. not the 2nd one.. that was me that got 2nd in the 1st moto...and dnf.in the 2nd one. pam broke a tie-rod the first moto..:( break downs suck
