Soon my z400 will be a yosh450, and i was wondering if the stock cams are the best bang for me. I am not looking for every ounce of power i can pull out of this thing just strong smooth power for gncc racing. Please informative answers only. Thanks Sean

Strokin the motor is going to give you more torque, so natrually you are going to have smooth power and it's going cut sooner then if you had increased bore as well. If your not really looking for every ounce of power, then you should be okay. If you are not happy, get a cam that will start your intake/compression strokes a couple of degrees earlier. That would pull better.
