what are the best settings on the stock shock with stock everthing except for nerf bars mx?

i weigh 176 so my settings would work for ya\
on the frots turn the damper left 1/4 maybe a little less
rears do about an eighth
and on the rear adjust the compression a little less than an 1/8 only on the rear

my450r, those will not help him. you need to turn your adjusters all the way to soft, then tell him how many turns from that point. also, say wheather your talking about the compression or rebound, also preload setting.
