250r front fenders on a 300ex

does anybody make custom fender mounts for a 300ex that will allow R fronts to fit on it......

i have seen it done, but honstly i dont think it looks very good. the r plastic is way to big for the x chassis, looks like a 4 yr. old in daddy's shoes

yeah the r plastics dont look right but 400ex plastics look good. you can make them fit by cutting and bending sheet metal.

i used the stock fender mounts and made them work;)

i have no clue. if u dunt liek the bubble back fenders u can get low profile 300ex ones. i wish i got them they look so much better:p

pretty easy all u gota do is bend the tabs on your stock fender mounts so there flat with the plastic drill holes and find away to fasten then down. :devil:

cool and the rest was just slip it right on, did you have to do any mods to the plastic or the rear plastic?

nop the rear is 300ex maier. just drill holes an bolt it in with washers;) ull figure it out if/when u get the plastics

cut the tabs off the frame that the seat slides into and weld them where they need to be for 400ex rear plastic i have a 2000 300ex and have 400 plastic on it its really easy to do
