MotorCity Online

Just wondering if anyone ever heard of or played an online game called motorcity online. Greatest computer ever was shutdown:grr: :(

hehe, it lasted alot longer than i thought it was going to.

release was buggy as all hell, but they seemed to start fixing things up. too bad the damage was done already.

i had it for about 2 weeks. i got booted off for stealing some dudes car so i took it back too walmart

After awhile they had that game to where it was awesome. I played it for like a year and a half.

I used to have it, I was ranked like #17 in that game at one point. Really fun, too bad they dont have it anymore.

man that game was great...i wish they wouldn't have shut it down...sucks so bad :( all that money and they shut it down..sucks man...i loved that game lol :o :(

I had it for 4 or 5 months, But like any other game i got tired of it.

Couple of my buddies from work use to play that about 2 years or more. I was going to get it but they said the server wasn't very secure and it was pretty bad for the usual spyware, adware, trojan crap.

We have the game also, Ron used to play alot about a year ago but not anymore haha well I guess he can't :o :p but he loved that game too!! I think his name was RougeRon??

I was Goose in Midtown. I was in Hollywood Knights, and anotehr large club after that broke up. I played that damn game from the first day it opened to the last.

I miss it so much. I sold 2million fake game money for 300$ early on, on ebay. It was great. and my mom said video games never get you anywhere.

I actually remember you Goose. I didnt play it from day 1 but i played it alot. I got asked to join hollywood knights once but didnt. I was up to lvl 42 when the game closed. I also miss it, i signed like every petition to get it to stay and everytime i go to walmart i look for MCO 2:D It will be here one day

I wish they came out with a 2nd one. But It hurt my social life a lot. I did nothing but play that game all winter break at college one year.

I belive i was in the Detroit Lubricators after HK also. The best part of the game was hanging out in groups just finding ways to be entertained in that game.

You got to build cars and race them against other people online. And you got to be in clubs and buy cars out of auctions and all that good stuff.
