We have tried everything, it is a crf master cylinder, pedal, and 250r line, and caliper. Its weird..... any ideas or secret tricks? Thanks

Put a rubber hose on the bleeder valve, and start sucking. I did this and it worked great, just try not to get fluid in your mouth. YUCK!!!

If you take off your brake lines, can you blow through the line itself? Maybe something got jammed in there.

You can try and gravity bleed them or do like 400exrider said.

My stockers did the same thing... I took apart the whole brake lever, put it back together (you never know) and let it sit over night, went back, and it was fine...

To begin with it was so werid I tried to bleed the brakes and nothing would work, it just didn't make any sense, then I did what I did, and the next morning it was fine, not a problem...

Ok, well I think I found out why they wouldnt work, its because the 250r caliper was too much or big, for the crf master cylinder. So I had to order a front caliper off a crf, and an adapter from American Dream Motorsports..... So I will let ya'll know if that works, its kinda iffy soundin...

i would have tried bleeding the master first then move to the caliper maybe the master got airbound.

The master cylinder is not too small for that caliper. I have the CRF master cylinder and the rear 250R caliper and it works better than anything I've ever had.
