Anybody know if there are any differences between the 04's and 05's ???

I can get a really good deal on an 04, but if there have been any changes, I may wait for an 05.

I love the look of the new black plastics but the first scratch, (which would probably happen loading up to bring home! LOL), would rip my heart out.

Whether I buy an 04 or 05, I will be getting red plastics.

Well, then serious, buy the 05 and i will trade you straight up red for black and some $$$, but am looking into just buying OEM plastics so, we'll see!

The only noticeable difference I can see is the way the subframe is welded. The early 04's had a "bubble gum" weld. The later 04's and all 05's I've seen had a nice stacked dime style weld. I think that was Honda's cure for them cracking.

:confused: Just a rumor but I heard a birdy say that the 05 will have an electric start or an electric start option.

Don't quote me though!!!!

No electric start on any of them I've seen. I've not heard any rumors about the option either.It would be a nice feature though,maybe we'll get it for '06.:D
