What is a Jug?

I saw a 250x motor with a 300ex Jug. Is that the sleeve inside the cylinder? Or what is it? thanks

"jug" is a term used to describe the cylinder. make sure to ask alot of questions because one mans jug is another mans pile o crap:p (just be sure to ask what all is included );)
