we were at mx track the other day .and some one told me my 400-ex was seating up to high in the rear. they said that i needed a lowering block that goes on my swing arm. i think he said he ran his about 21 inches. can anyone explan what he was talking about?

hes probably talking about a durablue lowering strut...
back some preload off ur shock if its sittin 2 high in the rear end... its teh collar that is ontop of the spring...

The correct way to lower your quad is to convert your shocks to SSD.
