400ex sucks

:mad: I ride a raptor and I love it. You people who own a 400ex are all sissies. I will smoke almost any quad on this site and havn't even done much to my quad. You all should sell that 400cc crap and get a real mans quad.

Hey Mods, can we just get rid of this before it becomes a problem? I just don't want another raptor/400 battle. They are both good quads. But some of the riders, ahem, are a-holes. Lets just let this slide and get rid of it and not waist our time. Thanks ;)

all i can say is you are full of it there really is no difference i liked the 400better than the raptor but that is just me but the raptor isnt all that i am sorry to tell you it might be faster than the 400 but its 660ccs

That Blue Trax Piece of S@#$. I watched them get eatin up all weekend by slightly modded 400's, and romped in the top end by the Bomber 650... Those 660 are not all they are cracked up to be.

craptors blow, iv eaten and crapped em out, untill 440 got goned, but the new quad is still a honda and still will kick a craptors *****

Ok first thing is first you dont race a 400, and a 660.. the 660 has a slight displacement advantage. A 400ex will out handle a craptor on a track anyday. power isnt everything. I can put a CBR600F4i motor in a atc 90 and go fast, but not handle worth a *****.. Yamaha is afraid to make a quad in the 400 class because they know it will get smoked.
and 2nd thing. This is EXRiders. Not Bluetraxx. Go complain there cuz I hate hearing about how fast raptors are how how 400's are junk, just because they outsold yamaha, and are just a great machine. I have nothing againt any company jsut prefer honda. I dont go posting crap like this though. Its childish and stupid.. SO go somewhere else. I also believe the mods should do somthing about this

Well lets look at this this way. My friend has a 400ex and my brother has a raptor. I have ridden them both and they are both good quads. I think that the 400 handles and feels way better and still has alot of power. The raptor feels like it is setting real tall and feels unstable like its going to flip in the corners,but it has alot of power u have to give it that,and it has good top speed. But lets see first off if you want to talk about jumping wise the 400 beats it in weight because it is lighter and there is no need to use that extra top end speed of a raptor for jumping unless you plan to get a very long run and hit a 100 foot jump.Now if u was racing on an mx track the 400 keeps up with the raptor in acceleration and handles better in the corners and on an mx track a raptor will never get top end speed on a 400 because the track will never be long enough for it to start beating the 400 in top end.The same thing goes for woods racing a raptor is wider to get hung up on in the corners and a 400ex handles way better for woods racing cornering and in the woods the raptor will never reach the top end that wil beat a 400.The only thing a see a raptorwould good at would be riding baja where it could get high top speed in but you can also make go as fast as a raptor.So the 400 beats it overall.I like the raptor better mthan my 300 i have now but i would rather have a 400 overall.
