Quick!!!! HELP ME!!!!

Im getting ready to weld gussets on my 400ex frame and I was just wondering if it is ok if i leave all the electronic hooked up when I go to weld on it...?

its best to atleast disconnect the battery

I always disconnect the battery and unplug the CDI. I don't know if you'd really have to, but better safe than sorry.

yes, to be on the safe side unhook everything, my uncle was welding and didnt know he had to on his old 250 and fried all the electronics and had to replace everything, lots of money!

you need to unhook the battery. A kid brought a warrior in to my buddies shop while back that he did some welding on and fried some of the electrical stuff.

I fired the stator in my 3 wheeler welding on the frame... Not cool...
