i am replaceing my a arm bushing and i need to no how to get the stop ring out??does anyone know??

You've got to use a small screwdriver to get up under it and "flip" it out. You can also use an awl. An awl is a almost like an ice pick, if you don't know what that is. However, with my cheap Harbor Freight ones, they bent. :(

What kind of bushings are you going back with? I just did ours on the 300 and I am VERY disappointed! :mad:

I use a set of small picks that I got at Wal-Mart for a few bucks. They look like dental picks only stronger and have handles. I just take a curved one, grab under one edge of the ring near the gap, get it popped out of the groove, then just slide the pick on around which pops the rest of it out.
