hey everyone. i got a question about my 97 300ex. i put in a 11:1 piston racing cam and heavy duty valve springs in it. well i was ridding it around last night it was running kinda wierd like it was jetted a little lean. so i took my carb, cleaned it and changed the jetting and it ran pretty good. but i started it up after i rode it around a few times. and there is a pretty loud FFFFFTT noise about every half a second or so. i checked the pipe and stuff and thats not it. i think its coming from inside the motor. there is a breather hose on top of the motor for the valves and if i put my thumb over it to cover the hole it breathes out and sucks in really bad. im not sure if its the valves that is makin the noise or what please help me out. thanks.
