ok, i can either buy new suspension and a few more parts for my quad(the coming soon in my sig)or buy my friends 00 YZ80 for $1600 just to play with i wanna race my quad but my friend(FTR250Rnif) thinks i should get a bike cuz he has a YZ125 and im getting better at riding dirt bikes and we could just load them in the back of his truck and go for a quick ride when we cant hook up the trailer but at the same time i would love to race my quad and all i need is suspension then im ready to race but i would also be cool to have a dirt bike and a quad.....whats your opinon?

its not worth it puttin that much money into a 300ex, let alone a 400 these days. id get the bike so u can ride both. but id try to get it for a lil less if hes ur friend.

yeah i bet i could get it for $1400...is that good for it idk much about dirt bikes all it needs is new graphics and some renthals:) :confused:

if your gunna be putting that kinda money into suspension, i think you should do better then works. they're nice but not the best.

yeah if i got the bike id only be racing one race with stock suspension so i think im gonna get the bike:)

id go with the bike, you'll love having two things to mess around with ;)

if nate will sell you the yz for $1400 then GO FOR IT! race your first race with the stock suspension to see if you REALLY need it. you may race the 300 and relieze you want to sell it for a bigger bike, and youll still have the yz to ride in the meantime.lol just my opinoin:p
