I have a white brothers header. One side of it is leaking. I had to grind down a lil bit on the flange to get it to tighten down but it still leaks. Has anyone else ever had this problem? And how did you fix it?

This is what ya do. Call White brothers tell em you don't know why but your weld cracked on the header, right where it connects to the motor.

Tell them you want to buy a new one ?

They will 'probably' tell you not to worry about it. They'll send you one out right away at NO charge.

If they ask how long you had the pipe say something like "you cant remember for sure, but maybe a yr and a half"

**They have had problems with those weld spots and have been replacing them for free. .. oh and I think this only works for E-series. GL

did you replace your crush seal, that's the first thing you should have done

yes, the copper crush washers that seal between the header and cylinder are one time use only.
