I'd give anything to race it but I'm moving to San Diego at the end of August. I've been riding Pismo a minimum of 3 times a week for over a year, I know every square inch of sand out there ;)

It's going to be through the dunes it looks like, so I doubt highly that they are going to smoothen out every foot of the 5 mile course. The wind will change that regardless. The 96db rule is retarded as well, and "overly loud vehicles"?Wtf? No sound laws at all are enforced at pismo, and there are banshees with drag pipes a' plenty. It would be an awesome race though, just cause it's through the dunes. Too bad my bike would freak out if I tried putting razr's on it in the sand:eek2:
