Its about time i get some input.
What are you guys running for jettign specs. I have 162 main, 45 pilot, YZ450F bike needle, clip on 2nd grove from tapered end.
Its not running sop good....real bad break up but still has the snap its should...gotta wind the piss outta it for it to not break up and carry on....also i have stock filter, but a K&N filter w/outerwaer on the way and a Billet Flange.

Your help is appreciated

Well I have a full HMF exhaust with stock air box with lid and stock air filter.I am currently running a 165,NQVC needle clip on the 3rd groove (toward blunt end=leaner) and a 45 pilot and I think it's still a bit rich.I'm thinking of trying the 162 main my self.I would think you might be rich on the needle.I couldn't get mine to run decent till I got to these settings, just like you I tried for over a month.

Good luck

One of the easiest and best way to get the jetting correct is to install an air/fuel ratio meter. Go to bluetraxx.com and do a search.

You surely didn't try the jet4power meter. Everyone that has purchased one is extremely happy.

Got my tc the ohter day tried it with the stock air filter and was doin the same thing as yours. Called tc, he said to get a pro flow air filter kit. Mine runs great after the change . Just say it might be something to consider for yours. later man
