Getting hurt

How often do you guys get hurt riding and what do you hurt? :eek2: :devil:

or slam into the bars when i acidentally slam into nuetral instead of second:p

i dont get hurt on the quad much (but off the quad is a different story


usually when i do get hurt on my quad its...getting hit with branches in the woods...hitting the bars from missing 2nd or hitting unexpected stumps on on front wheel

i usually break or fracture my wrists alot when i bmx, makes me wonder why i still ride

never gotten to badly hurt on a quad. a couple bad crashes and one i had a headache for 24 hours and couldnt move very well.... otherwise just fun crashes... if thats what you want to call em.

i used to crash alot but not really n e more i fractured my left elbow and my left wrist but thats it.......my last wreck i flew threw the air bout 8ft an landed in a huge mud puddle that was water n cow***** i smelled real good lol an that was my first moto i had to walk round like that all night.....i almost ate ***** tonight in the whoops:rolleyes:

went over the bars copuple times but always got back up to finish my motos. tonite i doubled a tripple then hit a table top cassed pop my tire offf bead an now my rite rim looks like a toco. and i it hurts to walk/standup or breath:(

I guess I'm still one of those lucky ones. I've only had one serious wreck, where I was lucky to walk away. It was a little under 2 years ago, I first got my 125, and I was at the track, hitting a huge speed tabletop, well, i whipped the bike a little too much, and wound up landing sideways at a good 45-50MPH, the bike hit me once or twice, and I cracked my HJC helmet down the top, but I only walked away with a minor concussion, and some dizzyness that lasted a week. From now on, all I wear is shoei on my head.

i was ridin fast in some woods, and hit a soft spot on my bike, 5 days after i put a new pipe on it, wasnt totally used to the power quite yet, and i slid it around and hit a tree, goin around 45-50, i broke my femer, tore up my knee, and lost a ridin glove, ripped off brand new pipe, grabbar, swingarm, brakes, rims, axel is bent



and i rode it today for the first time since the above crash, 4 months ago, give or take, and i cracked the frame and blew it up, lol

off the quaq i usually break bones, playing hockey,football, etc...

Dude's face is ground down, nose is missing, and his jaw was RIPPED out!!!!! Makes me glad i got a good fullface so I can KEEP my full face....

As for my wrecks, I have the knees of a 70 year old, busted a couple chins, fractured a vertebrae, broke an ankle, and more. Do not race MX without health insurance.... I did for one race while I transferred from my mom's to my own and wouldnt you know it I busted my chin and needed to pay over a grand for stitches, etc. out of pocket. I could have got some more parts for that much damnit!!!!

Me and ralph crashed on the same jump that day but all the damage was done to me instead of my quad. Got a ride out in the wirley bird . Hopefully not as many people get hurt at rausch next time I heard there rebuilding the expert track....

The worst I've done on a quad is gotten wacked off the handlebars, nothing too major. That's just because I was goin really fast, then I was goin round a turn and the wheel bearing or something broke and turned the wheels facing inward.

Most of that crap on rotten.com is fake. I wouldn't beleive that pic, unless I saw the dude in person. For a nose to get that mest up, there would have to be brain damage and breathe tube damage so severe, you would die almost instantly.

wel i was going up a pipe line ver steep hill and my friend got stuck in front of me so i diecded 2 go backwords down it and it landed on me when it rollded.... next day i was doin some jumps wit out my gear foot went under the and i was wearing shorts and the back of my leg was all scabed everywere so i couldent bend it ... many things

Broke Arm, broke two toes, separated shoulder, broke wrist in two spots, chipped ankle, ribs, ...and i'm sitting here right now with my cane beside me(Had reconstructive ACL surgery) ....supposed to be off work for 6 months:mad: :grr:
Oh, yeah broke my collar-bone as well....Some of these crashes were on an MX bike but most were from mx quad.

Normally I have just gotten some bumps, scrapes...the normal stuff.

Although I have just recently had the worst wreck (for me anyways) of my quad racing career. I am currently nursing a severly bruised hip and kidney. I have multiple scratches and suffered a concussion.:( It was an absolute miracle that nothing was broken.

Needless to say, my mx season is over.:( Hopefully I can do some play riding in the near future.

Man, crashing effing sucks....especially when it wasn't even my fault....just wrong place, wrong time.:o
