Looks good, I had my frame done in that color and I know how hard it is to get a good picture of it. I'm sure it looks 10 times better in person.

prices range from $125 to well over $300 depending on where you go. I usually charge between $175 and $225 depending on the color. With translucent colors its basically powdercoating your frame atleast 2 sometimes 3 times to get the desired effect, coupled with the increased price of the trans powder so for $225 i think its a pretty fair deal.
We are expanding now into complete quad tear downs and re-builds:D
damn your fast i posted like 5 minutes ago and its already replied:eek2: ya that seems fair. i really want to powdercoat my frame. do you take frames from Canada? and what would look good for a red 400EX. i was thinking black or like apple red. thanks

i try not to advise folks on colors unless it will really look bad:p
i dont mind doing a frame from canada, as long as shipping it isnt a problem.
once i get enough money saved ill talk to my dad and see if he is into it.

pappy? i dont live too far from you so i was wondering if i dropped off my whole quad could you powdercoat the frame swing arm n arms and reassemble it and everything? if so do you have a price around the total?

Shipping will be killer, I'd have to suggest trying to get it done in Canada, there are tons of PC places around. Just thought I'd mention it, I have looked into shipping a frame from the US and it's not really worth it.

yes i do that all the time. prices are hard to quote since each person wants different things pc'd and also the condition of the quad has to be taken into account. an older quad will require more work to disassemble, more replacement parts to reassemble and unforseen expenses such as welding cracks or needed repairs. just hit me up and ill help all i can or i can try and help find you a local place to get the pc work done
