well i am not sure what jet is in it right it had a yoshi slip on before and i put a full system FMF with the power core and the power bomb headder. i have a 5 small holes drilled in my air box lid plus a K&N air filter. the FMF instruction told me a 162 main jet what do you think i should try.

There recomendation is a good place to start. I prefer the dyno jet kit. Some people say dont waste the money, but I dont like to mess with jetting.

i would try a 155. sparks says to use a 155 with a sparks exhaust, sparks filter, no lid. this is at sea level elevation and 80 degree temps.

Wow man a 180....little rich there? I am running a 175 with a uni filter, HMF slip-on, 416 JE piston, and a hotcam stg. II. Do a plug test, and I bet that you are rich. Go down to a 165 and you will notice a LOT more power ;)

i called FMF they said i should run a 150-152 main jet and a 40 pilot jet and remove the snorkle from the top of the air box lid but i think i might call them back because i forgot to tell them i have holes in my air box lid.
