I read in this forum that the aftermarket CDI isn't worth the money unless you're modified heavily, thanks guys for saving me some money. I was about to get the WB Rev Kit. What about the Sparks 6 degree key? I just have a K&N w/o airbox lid, no choke, and exhaust, 160 Main. Is it worth it?

I just got mine in the mail last week. From what I hear it works pretty good. It is suppose to help the bottom end power. Some one told me that Sparks does not recommend it for a hopped up motor? I don't know what it would hurt. I asked Mity Mo, he has one on his and loves it. I know his motor is not stock. I will get it in some time this week, I hope to see a difference.
I know I have spent $20 more foolish ways! :devil

I installed it before I put in a cam & Piston, and I noticed that there was more bottom & mid power, and throttle response was much better. You have to replace the left side engine gasket, which cost about $15, so the total is right around 30 bucks plus a little over an hour of your time. I say it is money & time well spent.
