on installing my LSR axle,i put it in last nite with the RAD lock-nut,my question is,with the RAD lock-nut,cant i toss the factory inner and outer lock-nuts? or did i need to install the thin(inner) factory lock nut.

I am running the exact same setup on my rear end. You dont need any of the stock locknut components. The Rad should have a small clip ring that goes in the slot on the axle. there should be a goldish piece that goes behind it. You just slide the nut on the splines, then put the gold piece on then the clip. As you turn the locknut (down I think), it will move to the right and tighten the gold piece against the ring in the axle and thats what keeps it tight. When you have it where you want it, just tighten the pinchbolt and youre all set...
