buddy crached and took a good hit in the noggin

my friend was racing his warrior last night and his ball joint broke, his quad went fling end over end and he went head first into a cement wall. he was out cold for about 10 minutes then woke up in the ambulance and tryed to "escape" and basicly was freaking out, the cops had to come and hand cuffed him to the bed. After he got tho the hospital they gave him a catscan and a bunch of x-rays and he is going to be fine. he is really sore today but i cant imagine what would happen with out a helmet..

Wow, that definetely sounds painful! :eek2: Glad hes doing ok though! I wouldn't want to know what would happen without a helmet though... :rolleyes:

yea i never really thought about it till now. it ran right along the grand stands and i am thinking it is there for the demolition derbys they have at the fair, they should have had some bails or somthing there but nothing..:huh

i had a ball joint break before but it saved it it was hard to ride to the nearest house to jimmy rig it tho it would suddenly turn and head for trees:eek2:
