Higher top speed

I have a 250x that is relativly stock. It has a barnett clutch, removed air box lid and a white bros head pipe. I just installed new gears (14/38). For a 250 it pulls, but now I hit top speed too quick. Will an HMF pipe help raise the top speed? What cheap mods can I do to make it faster? thanks

my 250x its 70 i have 14/38 wid 20 in tires but i have a 293

Gear it up (more teeth in the front, less in the back) and get that HMF pipe, the pipe won't increase your top end speed...but when you gear up, it'll help you get there.
