May I humbly suggest some of man's best friends....zip ties and pop rivets!:D

Both require some holes to be drilled and you can make it as clean looking as your fab skills allow.

you can also drill a small hole at the very end of the crack, just a little bit bigger than the crack though, and that won't or shoudn't let is spred farther and farther into the plastic

A heat gun and a puddy knife works great.

I would try to melt it togeather a little first, (take your time and make it look good) and then i would use ZipTies, And again take your time and space out the holes evenly and it looks pretty good still!!!!!!!!

I know that works on metal parts but I have never tried it on plastics. Good idea. You can stitch it with safety wire as well. It looks as bad or as good as you make it look.

If its really not bad, you can get away with using some JB weld.

Alright I had my friend drive my wheeler head on into a barbed wire fence and it crack the shet out of my fender...I went home and had my dad hold the crack together while I heated it with a propane torch till it started to look very shining...it melted the plastic back togther prefectly...but dont try touching it with anything such as a putty knife when its still shining or it will mess up everything!!!:D
