Which is the best race(MX) exhaust for the 450. Im leaning more towards a sparks or hmf. some tracks around here are tight while others are high speed so i need one that can work great in both areas.

i would go with the HMF, im getting mine tomarrow hopefully, if it came in.

i dont have a 450r but i like the hmf and the new lrd what ever mkaes the most low and mid range power right

i got a hmf full system on my bike and i love it. i have not rode the sparks but the sparks is a really good pipe. when i go to the races and look at what everyone is running i see a lot of people with hmf exhaust. they are all going to be close in power but i like the hmf it makes the power come on really smooth.

I would go with the sparks. The diffierence of stock is night and day difference. It was like a totally different quad. I was very impressed

Just from personal experience, you cant go wrong with Sparks! I have the full system on my own personal race quad and I'm building another 450R in which we installed Sparks, same great results. We also used Sparks on a MX built 426EX and it ripped too! I've had really good luck with Sparks.....

I also installed a slip-on HMF pipe on my buddys stock 400EX and it really brought the motor to life with just the slip-on, I was very impressed! HMF seems to make great stuff!

Cant go wrong with either pipe in my opinion....

Also, if ya got the extra $$$ the White Bros titanium full exhaust is pretty good too from what I hear.....

You don't need the extra $$$, I have a White Bros. Aluminum Race pipe with the titanium head pipe for $510. It only has 15hrs on it and looks brand new.

i think that is how much he is selling it cause he wants to get rid of the pipe and a cam if im right. 510 for the pipe seems a little high though.

yea if your running mx only get a Tc exaust;)

be carefull with the TC. some tracks are starting to do mandatory sound checks and you have to be under a certain db rating to run. just food for thought
