Hey I wanted to let you all know about a new big bore kit from n motion. It is a completed new cylinder kit (no core charge) that comes with a casted cylinder, piston, rings, and gaskets. It is basically a bolt on kit with only simple case modifications needed which anyone could do. Also if someone wanted to they could take the kit out to a 570cc. If you want to check it out go to www.nmotiontechnology.com

Does your kit include a new cylinder or an overbore of the stocker?

My 99mm 500cc kit bores into the stock cylinder, this 101mm kit will be with a new cylinder and gasket.

I see that on your website you have a 520 and a 570 big bore kit listed, then a 600R with a question mark.... so the question is is this really possible and are you working on it.... Also whats the guess on peak horsepower and torque on all three (520, 570, 600 make an educated guess on the 600) :eek2:

The website you are reffering to is that of N motion.
Mickey Dunlap's company is called FST (four stroke tech).

Mikey,

Two quick questions, one on your 99mm 500 kit how many bores does the cylinder have left after the kit is installed and second what cam are you all using. I am interested in your 500 kit, but I would like to keep my sparks cam.

Thanks,
-JP

You could maybe bore it to a 100mm piston but I try to keep it on the safe side. I don't know what sparks cam is but we build about the same type of motors so it should work.

Mickey....Thank you for the response. About how long is the turn around if a customer sent you the cylinder for the boring and recoating?
