how to install a motion pro twist throttle?

just ordered one and need some help.is their any site that i can look on for instructions?any help would be appreciated,thanx:rolleyes:

They come with fairly decent installation instructions. As I recall you have to take off your front fenders, side covers gas tank and tank cover to route the cable. To remove the old cable and install the new one you have to remove a side cover on the carb and (of course) remove the thumb throttle assembly. I thought the hardest part was removing the old grips and cleaning the handle bars where the old glue remained.

Make sure that you get new grips with a big grip and a small grip, one for the throttle and one for the other side... just a little side note, and also make sure you lube up the cable good constantly becuase you dont want a sticky throttle, and the twist throttle gets sticky a lot easier than a thumb throttle :cool:
