Lost Key

Ive recently lost my key for my 2001 400ex, either its somewheres around my house or someone took it from the party i hosted, but either way, how do i go about gettin a new key? Can any key maker make one if i bring in the ignition (from wat im told) and is it hard to hot wire it (until i get a key)

just plug the two ignitio wiresthat go into the bike together but only do this when u wanna ride cuz it will kill thet battery if u leave it like that

do i only touch it together when i am starting the bike or do they have to be together for the bike to run all the time

touch it only when starting-if u leave it together when riding like sam the brave said, ull kill the battery
