porn on links page?

on the links page, the site labeled full throttle mx is actually a porn site. thats fine. my problem is that i work at a lawn and garden store at the cash register.ever since i clicked on that ,i have porno pop ups as long as i am on the internet.that just isnt cool for older customers.i actually got into trouble for it and am accused of looking up porn sites while on the job.i hope i dont get flamed for this.thanx

Go to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ and download a program called "adaware". It should wipe the spyware off your computer.

You think that's bad - The software company that I work for let the lease on one of our old domain names expire because we aren't using that specific brand name any longer, one problem though - we still had links to it embedded in our software that everyone forgot to remove and next thing you know customers are calling in telling us how they are being sent to a porn site when they click some of the help links in our software :eek2: Some company bought the domain name and just set it up to redirect to their porn site. I had to draft a e-mail to all of our customers telling them we do not endorse or approve of the site's content, blah blah... Our lawyers then had to get an emergency injunction against the company for copyright violation to get it shut down. That took almost a week though - what a mess...

that sucks, im glad i wasnt involved in that.....at least you can look back and laugh at it.:D
