What are some good LEGAL riding spots 1 1/2 hours or closer to Nassau County on Long Island?

your pretty much beat for riding spots on long island other then the track at yaphank,and exit 56,64 off lie
i ride by jfk air port by rockaway turn pyke
also in h.b baja and fountain ave
,better off going to jersy like the rest of us,still all illegal but
