DuraBlue Axle Question

I have a 250r X-33 Axle that I snapped 2 years ago. I have been looking for the warranty papers ever since. I had stuff stolen from my garage a while ago and believe the papers may have been in there. Do you think Durablue will honor my warranty without my papers? Any sugestions?

were they the durablue papers, or a receipt(sp) of buying the axle?

I had the papers and the receipt all together. Can't find either.

id call them and see what they would say, tell them what happened and everything, they may cut you a break

its kind of weird though because you have the axle so its obcius you baught it, just need proof that ya baught it from them, did ya right a check? or used a credit card, get some proof from records or something

in my relations with durablue they will say something like this " just send it back and dont worry about it"! they will refund you im sure!!

I hear they are great to deal with......they told me a few months ago when I bought ours that to NOT lose the papers and that they would be needed for any warrenty issues:eek2: Good luck!!! :)
