get the hood without the grill. it' looks better and you don't need the grill anyway. it basically serves no purpose except looks.

quadtech claims the vent allows for better air flow to the radiator.

Yeah, I saw one at a GNCC race, and loved it. So I called quadtech and they said they were getting some in. It's not on there site, companies dont relize how much money they lose by not updating there sites on a regular bases.

I just orded My Feather carbon hood on ebay, looks better and saves me more $$$ than the rip off quad tech. But then money is a issue for me, maybe not for you.

Isnt the feather carbon like 145$. If im not mistaken it is, the quadtech is only 15 dollars more.

I got my fether hood for $120 the quad tech is $175. Don't get me wrong the quad tech is a awsome hood it's just these companies are really taking advantage of us.

You get what you pay for, the Quadtech is a much better looking hood.Look at how far the feathercarbon hood sticks out towards the front of the bike, UGLY. Also it is not 175 bux, its 160.

no ebay there is janson raceing selling one made out of fiberglass and looks just like the quad tech plain hood for 89.95 i have the quad tech one but if i could have saved 60 dollar i would have.

I like the looks of the quadtech better, but in the feathercarbon's defense it doesn't look like the FC hood is mounted on the bike, it just looks like it was laid there. In the pic, the top of the hood doesn't look like it's pushed up to the handlebars and thats the reason it looks longer.
