does this seem wierd

I was looking my truck over the other day and here is what I saw

I had no water in my radiator
no water in two cells of my battery
low on oil
need two new tires
need new exhaust
ac don't work
needed brake fluid
hasn't been washed in six months
and the windshield needs to be replaced


the wierd thing is that I fouled out my spark plug last week on my 400 and I got a sparkplug for it that same day.
I just bought a 500$ pipe and at any time you couldn't find a speck of dirt on it anywhere.

Am I sick in the head or am I finally seeing things clearly.

96 ranger
168,000 miles on it
running on the original plugs and fuel filter( I know because I just changed them last night)
