1999 400ex rolling chassis!!

Red powdercoated frame and subframe. Stock shocks, arms, axle, etc. Has good oil tank, wiring harness, airbox, K&N filter. Probably needs brakes and bearings, but otherwise good condition. 2 sets of plastic, one race cut with headlights, other has 250r hood and non-cut. 2 seats. It does not have carb/throttle, engine, gas tank.
1999 model with Ohio title.
