I HAVE A 416 THAT RUNS VERY WELL, I CAN RUN WITH THE 450R'S IN A DRAG RACE. THE 465 KILLS ME THOUGH. IT REVS VERY HARD, MAKE SURE TO GET THE 8 PLATE CLUTCH IN IT. WWW.SPARKSRACING.COM IS A GOOD PLACE TO LOOK.

my buddy has a 10.8:1 416, stage 2, sparks x-4, closed air box lid, sparks rev box, and fcr 39. i watch him drag race and he hasn't been beat by a stock yfz yet. we drag race from a dead stop to the middle of 5th gear usually. once his 416 hits 3rd and 4th, it just starts pulling. i have a feeling the key to his setup is his x-4. i know most people will say "oh, the x-6 is way better." however, i have an x-6 and the more mods we both do our bikes, the more his opens up, especially in the upper 2 gears.
