Suspension adjustment

I have some TCS triple rates with rezzies. On the rezzies there is a dial what adjustment is this for?

that is the compression adjust. It makes the shocks ride harder or softer.

which way makes it harder and which way makes it softer? there is an H<->L on each rezzie. what does this mean? thanks

You turn the knob toward the H to make it Harder, and towards the L to make it softer.
