rev limiter on a stock 400ex?

would running a rev limiter on a stock 400ex be a good idea? For what it's worth, i've cut the exhaust baffle off, put a twin air filter on and cut holes in the air box, I changed the mail jet to a 136 and the pilot to a 52 for better cold starts, but will probably put the stock pilot back in.

u will notice zero to very little difference with a stock motor so its not worth it
