Now that my pipe is on im hitting the rev limit way too fast. Any suggestions?

aftermarket box claims a raise to 10,400 rpm, but there goes your margin of safety

im guessing you run 18's, so i geuss a gear change would be a good bet.

i wish i could make a suggestion. i slapped a 13 tooth on mine and havent looked back:p im sure one ofthese mx nuts will have the answer you seek.


one question....where is the quad hitting the rev limiter? is this on a mx track only? is it just in 1st thru 3rd ?

No not at MX track just in general. And yes definatly 1-3. Im all over the place with where i ride, just turned 36 today so just trying to keep it fun again and just MX gets old. We'll go somewhere at 7 am sunday just to get seat time so i can get home and do the 1000 things that i have to do in a weekend. I'm sure you all know what im talking about

Oh yeah pappy.. I completely understand.... I'll drive 2 hours, to ride for 4 hours, just to get some seat time.. sometimes (most times) we can't spend a WHOLE weekend riding.... although we wish we could...

i solved my problem tho...i moved. now i fire up the quad and ride on my own land:macho
